The vision behind the PG Triathlon Squad
Founded in 2016 our mission has always been to create more than just a training group—we’ve built a community. We believe that a sense of family, camaraderie, and shared purpose drives athletes to push beyond their limits. In our squad, support is constant, motivation is contagious, and training together makes the grind more exciting and rewarding. From the start, we set a new standard for endurance training in the valley, pioneering "Monster Weekends" and redefining what’s possible for local teams. In just four years, we’ve helped 23 athletes qualify for World Championship events and provided a launchpad for many to elevate their careers in triathlon and running. By blending structured, high-performance training with a strong team culture, we don’t just make athletes fitter—we make them faster, tougher, and more resilient than ever.
Phoenix, AZ
Phoenix, AZ has been stomping ground for the PG Tri Squad since it was first launched in the early 2016 and has been established as the HQ. The core training squad in Phoenix is a blueprint for what we want create and our main test ground.
Flagstaff, AZ
Summer can be rough in the Sonoran Desert and Flagstaff, AZ, presents the perfect combination of good weather, good training and great sports community. Just a short drive north of Phoenix, Flagstaff is our destination for the Squad summer training camp.
