Located in the heart of Arizona, Scottsdale has become a popular destination for those seeking warmer weather and incredible training. Sunny blue skies and outdoor training is a staple of Arizona during the winter and if not for everything else, we can ensure some proper jealousy from your buddies when you go back home showcasing new tan lines!

We believe in hard work, dedication, and a never-give-up attitude, and we strive to embody these values in everything we do, including providing support during this camp. We offer everyone the opportunity to create new friends, extend their network and ultimately provide a safe environment for sports.

Discover Old Town Scottsdale with our walking Tour and hike Camelback Mountain as a perk of this camp. We want to showcase the best of the Valley and why thousands of tourists visit Scottsdale, AZ every year (and some never leave!).

Welcome day, activities are optional
Travel legs, meet Cactus Camp! Easy swim-bike-run to shake it out, meet new faces, and set the tone for a solid week of training.
Bags dropped, bikes built, and smiles everywhere — camp check-in day means the fun (and the training) officially begins. Arriving earlier? No problem, we can accommodate that!
The week starts with connection and purpose. Our welcome dinner brings athletes and coaches together to review routes, goals, and everything that makes Cactus Camp a unique training experience.
Three workout option available with live presentation mid-day
Flat route on tap for today’s ride — perfect for dialing in the bike @ steady power. Riders have the option to extend up to 2 hours for extra endurance, and run off the bike.
Training builds fitness, but nutrition fuels performance. Our Nutrition Clinic, we will break down the how, when, and what to eat so you can train harder, recover faster, and race at your best. Presented by PG Squad head-coach Pedro Gomes
Train smart, swim strong. Our Open Water Clinic focuses on the skills that matter most on race day, sighting, positioning, and staying calm when it counts. Presented by PG Squad Swim Coach Carrisa Matenaer
Long supported ride day with optional run off the bike
Sweat, cadence, and tired legs that don’t quit. The group will be locking in the bike-to-run flow with the sunshine.
Dialing in the details at our transition clinic — because fast races aren’t just about swim, bike, and run, but how quickly you move between them.
Discover Old Town Scottsdale
Long supported run day and an incredible hike to finish off the weekend
Long run day at Cactus Camp — steady pacing, strong finishes, and plenty of desert miles in the legs. The perfect test of fitness and durability.
Sunday spin vibes — easy coffee ride to flush the legs, enjoy the sunshine, and swap stories from a big week of training. Recovery never looked this good.
Camelback Mountain is one of Phoenix's best hikes and most popular attractions for thousands of visiting tourists each year. Enjoy sunset views of the valley while still getting a tough leg workout!
Farewell campers!
Last day, light legs, and big smiles. Optional morning workouts to wrap up an unforgettable week of training and squad camaraderie.
We will see you again in the Valley of the Sun in 2027!
