With years of racing and coaching experience, we’re here to guide, challenge, and support you every step of the way. You’ll train under expert eyes in an environment built for growth, learning, and connection. Beyond the workouts, our goal is to help you build confidence, make new friends, and leave camp a smarter, stronger athlete.

    Wednesday, June 3rd

    Camp house check-in will be on June 3rd @ 5-6pm

    Camp House Check-in, Welcome Dinner & Presentation

    Thursday, June 4th

    Endurance ride with transition run + optional run in the evening!

    Bike+Run Workout

    Endurance ride with transition run, getting used to the lack of oxygen and soaking up the views

    Endurance Run

    Evening run, with a little bit of intensity. 


    Friday, June 5th

    Three workout option available with live presentation mid-day

    Open Water Swim Clinic & Workout

    AM

    Morning swims hit different at 7,000 ft. Lake Mary delivers the calm, the chill, and the perfect open-water vibes for triathlon training.

    Mid-distance ride with ITT

    AM

    Soaking in the views of Lake Mary Rd, and the thin air. A short, individual time trial will sprinkle the ride for a little bit of added intensity. 

    Transition Clinic

    PM

    Dialing in the details at our transition clinic - because fast races aren’t just about swim, bike, and run, but how quickly you move between them.

    Long supported ride day with optional run off the bike

    Long aerobic ride, fully supported with aid stations

    Pizza Night & Walking Tour of Flagstaff

    Evening

    The city's history is linked to the railroad and Route 66, and it's the site of the highest point in Arizona. Ice cream, anyone? :-)


    Sunday, June 7th

    Long supported run day and an incredible hike to finish off the weekend

    Easy Recovery/Coffee Ride

    Once we are done with the morning run, we will hop on the bike and go get brunch! 

    Hike Mt. Elden

    Sunset

    The Mt. Elden trailhead in Flagstaff accesses the strenuous Elden Lookout Trail, a 3-mile round-trip hike with a 2,400-foot elevation gain, offering panoramic views from the summit.

    Pedro Gomes

    Pedro Gomes has been a professional triathlete for the last two decades, first involved in ITU short-course racing and included as an Olympic hopeful leading up to London 2012 and later focusing on long distance triathlons. Pedro is a two time IM pro winner (Sweden and Vitoria-Gasteiz in 2013) and has been a top performer at IM for the la

    Pedro Gomes has been a professional triathlete for the last two decades, first involved in ITU short-course racing and included as an Olympic hopeful leading up to London 2012 and later focusing on long distance triathlons. Pedro is a two time IM pro winner (Sweden and Vitoria-Gasteiz in 2013) and has been a top performer at IM for the last decade with multiple professional podiums and top 10 results. Pedro is a USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, RRCA and IRONMAN U certified coach and works full time as a professional multisport coach and mentor.

    Ali Hall has 17+ years of triathlon experience, specializing in long-course racing. She’s a 5x IRONMAN finisher, including the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, and has completed 25+ IRONMAN 70.3 races. Ali re-qualified for Kona in 2024 (10:28 at IRONMAN Maryland) and has earned marathon qualifications for both the Boston Marathon (3:20

    Ali Hall has 17+ years of triathlon experience, specializing in long-course racing. She’s a 5x IRONMAN finisher, including the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, and has completed 25+ IRONMAN 70.3 races. As an RRCA and IRONMAN U certified coach, she works with athletes of all levels—from first-timers to those chasing 70.3 Worlds or major marathon qualifications.
