Our Flagstaff base is more than just a place to sleep — it’s the dream training house you didn’t know you needed. Nestled among the pines with sweeping mountain views, it features a cozy fire pit for post-ride stories, and a private hot tub perfect for recovery (or stargazing after a long day on the trails).

Did you know... Flagstaff is known for being home to the World's largest ponderosa pine forest!

Morning swims hit different at 7,000 ft. Lake Mary delivers the calm, the chill, and the perfect open-water vibes for triathlon training.

Hike Mt. Elden

Sunset

The Mt. Elden trailhead in Flagstaff accesses the strenuous Elden Lookout Trail, a 3-mile round-trip hike with a 2,400-foot elevation gain, offering panoramic views from the summit.

Pedro Gomes

Pedro Gomes has been a professional triathlete for the last two decades, first involved in ITU short-course racing and included as an Olympic hopeful leading up to London 2012 and later focusing on long distance triathlons. Pedro is a two time IM pro winner (Sweden and Vitoria-Gasteiz in 2013) and has been a top performer at IM for the la

Pedro Gomes has been a professional triathlete for the last two decades, first involved in ITU short-course racing and included as an Olympic hopeful leading up to London 2012 and later focusing on long distance triathlons. Pedro is a two time IM pro winner (Sweden and Vitoria-Gasteiz in 2013) and has been a top performer at IM for the last decade with multiple professional podiums and top 10 results. Pedro is a USA Triathlon, USA Cycling, RRCA and IRONMAN U certified coach and works full time as a professional multisport coach and mentor.

She has completed 5 Ironman distance triathlons, including the Ironman World Championship, and over a dozen 70.3s. Ali obtain her second qualification to Kona in 2025 by going 10h28 at the 2024 IM Maryland. Alongside her personal achiev

Ali Hall has been racing triathlons for over a decade focusing on long course triathlon for the past 8. She has completed 5 Ironman distance triathlons, including the Ironman World Championship, and over a dozen 70.3s. Ali obtain her second qualification to Kona in 2025 by going 10h28 at the 2024 IM Maryland. Alongside her personal achievements, Ali Hall is a RRCA Level 1 certified coach and has been coaching triathletes of all abilities.
