Work directly with Pedro to develop the best plan for your needs weekly, with daily review of workouts and 1 on 1 time per request. Unlimited communication and access to the squad resources.
The first month will include a 60-90 minute set up call and all the initial fitness tests and analysis needed to kick off your training
This plan was elaborated and fine tuned by coach Pedro Gomes (PG Triathlon Coaching) and his years of experience at the highest level in the sport of triathlon as a professional athlete and mentored by world class coaches. Pedro Gomes is a USA Triathlon, IRONMAN®️ U, RCCA and USA Cycling certified coach has been coaching endurance athletes for over 12 years. During this 16-weeks you will build endurance and durability, develop strength and economy movement and sharpen fitness for your best performance at long distance triathlon events.
We use a 4 zone training system (Zone R, Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3) and while we offer the ability to calculate those zones, RPE (rate of perceived effort) is also suggested. Basic equipment for swimming - swim paddles, pull buoy, band, fins - is used and while most workouts are prescribed to be done outdoors, you can easily do them indoors as well.
